Join Grace for a spiritual experience through breath, movement, and sound waves. This event will blend yoga, somatic movement, energy tapping, breath and sound healing to support you connect with your body's energy.
The movement practices are designed to release tension and promote a sense of calm. Our focus is not on the depth of the physical movements but on finding a rhythm that resonates with your unique energy.
Various instruments that align with the body's vibrational frequencies, including singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, will create a soothing soundscape.
Breathwork will be integrated into the session to calm the mind, facilitate self-exploration, and encourage emotional release!
No experience is needed. Come solo or invite friends/family!
This is a donation-based event (cash, card, PayPal, or Venmo). However, you can come regardless.
We will meet on the Chippewa Ave side of the park to the left of the playground.
Bring water, a yoga mat, and anything else that brings you comfort. A towel or blanket will be perfect if you don’t have a yoga mat!
