Take some time to honor the shift of seasons. As we move from the light of summer into the darker half of the year, we are invited to slow down, ground, and embrace the mystery of change. This transition is a sacred moment to release what no longer serves and to call in what will sustain us through the months ahead.
This evening will weave together gentle movement, breath work, and reflective rituals inspired by the fall transition. Through meditation and shared practices, we’ll explore how to balance the light we carry with the depth of the dark.
The ceremony will be guided by sound — crystal bowls, gong, and chimes — to open pathways of release, renewal, and alignment with the season’s energy.
No experience is needed. Come solo or invite friends/family!
