Close out the year with intention and presence. This special class invites you to pause, reflect, and release as we prepare to welcome 2026. Through movement, breath, meditation, and sound bath, we’ll create space in both body and mind—clearing what no longer serves and resetting with clarity for the year ahead.
Together, we’ll cultivate a Sankalpa (a heart-and-mind-centered intention) to guide us into the new year with deeper meaning and purpose. The evening will close with a dreamy sound bath—crystal bowls, gong, chimes, shakers, and drum weaving together to restore your natural rhythm and ease you into stillness.
