Root To Sky(Donation-based)

  • Cherokee Regional Park 700 Cherokee Heights Boulevard Saint Paul, MN, 55107 United States (map)

Take a moment to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with the natural world both around you and within you. Just as the earth moves through seasons, cycles, and constant change, so do we. This evening is an invitation to slow down, take a breath, and reconnect with yourself, the earth beneath you, and the bigger world around you.

Through grounding movement, intentional breath work, meditation, and a dreamy sound bath, we'll explore our connection to the earth beneath us and the universe above us. Together, we'll create space to root into the earth, expand toward the sky, and remember that we are part of something much bigger than ourselves.

Expect crystal bowls, gong, chimes, drums, good energy, and an opportunity to simply be present with yourself and the world around you.

No experience needed. Come solo or bring your people.

Hosted by Grace Panian and Anne Koalska

This is a donation-based event (cash, card, PayPal, or Venmo). However, you can come regardless.
